  I cannot give this place more than one star. While i did have an excellent experience/massage the first visit, i cannot say the same for my second (and last) visit. I called to schedule after purchasing a 50 minute gift card via Groupon. I paid $45 for this Groupon. The man who answered was very rude! I tried to ask if i could reserve the private room (which i did before with no problem) and also make sure i had a lady masseuse. His response was rushed and he said “are you coming or not”. I should have just not gone after that, but i knew he wasn’t the one who would be giving me my service, so i booked my appointment and went in that day. I cannot tell you how uncomfortable the massage was. I was thinking, well maybe my back really is in bad shape, maybe it just hurts now but it will feel better later..... i was so wrong. My spine from the middle up is in so much pain, i am considering following up with a doctor. It makes me question the validity of this place. Do they all have their license? Because I’m sure that running your forearm up and down someone’s spine bone (with a large amount of pressure) is not what you should be doing. I’m sure it’s caused bruising as well. I tried to contact Groupon because the front desk man is not someone I’d like to speak to after his disrespectful comments upon booking. I’m sure I’d get nowhere with them. Groupon gave me a whole $5 Credit! Great job Groupon! I’m entirely dissatisfied and suggest it you are looking to come here, you check around other places first. This place will leave you hurting much more than before your pricey, unworthy service they will give you!
